High Intensity Lower Body Workout


Hello again!

This is a high intensity lower body workout that will get you sweating! You will switch between bodyweight cardio movements and weighted exercises. The cardio movements will keep your heart rate up and the weighted exercises will tone your muscles. Do the exercises as fast as you can without compromising form! Try to take as few breaks as you can and rest for a couple of minutes in between each circuit.

Equipment Needed: Barbell, Box or Step

Blue= Bodyweight cardio movement

Black= Weighted exercise

Followed by number of reps

THE WORKOUT

Box Jumps- 10

1 and 3/4s Barbell Squat- 5

Burpees- 10

Barbell Romanian Deadlift- 10

Jump Lunges- 20 (10 each leg)

Barbell Walking Lunges- 16 (8 each leg)

Repeat this circuit 3 times!
