Happy Sunday! I had a great week, and I hope you did too. I launched my new little business of selling baked goods! I am starting out with protein muffins and I'm thinking I'll also do date balls... and maybe more;) If you are in the valley or LA area let me know if you want to purchase some (3 for $10) and I will deliver them to you this week. I am really excited about it! I like posting healthy recipes for you to make but I know that some people don't like to cook or don't have the time so I am hoping this will help some of you out :)
Something that I learned this week is to STOP DOUBTING MYSELF. I always seem to be standing in my own way and I am learning to change that.
What was I grateful for this week?
☆I am grateful for my family and my cat Olive.
☆I am grateful for my health and the ability to move my body.
☆I am grateful for the beautiful, warm weather in Los Angeles.
My priorities for this week:
☆Meditating every day. I did a few days this week and I love it every time!
☆Setting aside time for what I want/need to do like I did last week, it was really helpful.
☆Do more yoga. I miss Corepower :'(
What I did well this past week:
☆I made time for what I wanted to accomplish. I read a lot.
☆I wasn't on my phone in bed for as long as I usually am. This one is HUGE! I set the "Downtime" on my phone so that all my apps would turn off at 10:45pm. This was so helpful because even if I wanted to be on instagram for just 5 more minutes, I just had to put my phone away for the night once the apps turned off. I made the downtime from 10:45pm to 8:30am so that I also wouldn't go on my phone right when I woke up. I highly recommend doing this on your phone if you find yourself on your phone right before bed and right when you wake up.
Until next week!
xoxo,
Jess
